Meet the ROXSpa Team

ROXSpa was founded by a board-certified plastic surgeon, and the people who treat you come from that same clinical background.

ROXSpa was founded by Dr. Jay Calvert, a board-certified plastic surgeon practicing in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach. Treatments are performed by physician assistants, registered nurses and licensed estheticians working alongside his surgical practice, supported by patient care coordinators. Several team members work across both locations.

Jay Calvert, MD, FACS

Dr. Jay Calvert is a board-certified plastic surgeon with practices in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach. He performs all types of plastic surgery with a focus on rhinoplasty, secondary rhinoplasty, facelifts and breast augmentation, and is the creator and founder of ROXSpa. He attended Vanderbilt University for his undergraduate degree in molecular biology, then Cornell University Medical College, before joining the University of Pittsburgh combined plastic surgery and general surgery residency program. He is an international speaker on plastic surgery and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Rhinoplasty Society.

Orla Stewart

Physician Assistant

Beverly Hills

Orla is a certified physician assistant at the Beverly Hills office, with extensive knowledge and experience of surgical and non-surgical treatments including lasers, injectables and skin care. She has been in practice since 2005. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in 2002, then graduated in the top 10% of her class with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences in 2005. She has worked in plastic surgery under the direct supervision of Dr. Jay Calvert since the start of her career, and also worked part time in emergency medicine for over eight years. She is a practitioner and the director of both Dr. Calvert's Beverly Hills office and ROXSpa Beverly Hills. Her work in aesthetics spans a broad range of energy-based technologies — laser, light-based, radiofrequency and ultrasound — and she is an experienced master injector in all types of neuromodulators and fillers, treating all skin types and ethnicities. Her motto is "less is more".

Christina Naranjo

Physician Assistant

Beverly Hills · Newport Beach

Christina Naranjo is a board-certified physician assistant who spent five years specializing in medical, pediatric, surgical and cosmetic dermatology in Beverly Hills before joining ROXSpa in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and later earned a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercer University. She handles a wide range of procedures including laser treatments, filler and neurotoxin injections, skin biopsies and surgical excisions, and is a talented cosmetic injector working with both biostimulatory and hyaluronic acid fillers.

Rylee Hunt, BSN, RN

Registered Nurse

Newport Beach

Rylee is a registered nurse with a background in critical care and aesthetic medicine, with extensive experience caring for patients in high-acuity hospital settings including cardiovascular intensive care. After years of providing complex patient care she moved into aesthetic nursing, combining her clinical background with an artistic eye. She is trained in a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP and PRFM, laser treatments, chemical peels and medical-grade skincare. She builds personalized treatment plans and prioritizes patient education, safety and long-term patient relationships.

Rady Ouzanova

Lead Aesthetician & Microblading Artist

Beverly Hills

Rady Ouzanova is the lead aesthetician and microblading artist at ROXSpa Beverly Hills and the practice of Dr. Jay Calvert. As a child she was a world-class athlete, competing in gymnastics internationally. She later developed an interest in aesthetics and became a licensed aesthetician and microblading artist.

Kaitlin Wilmoth

Esthetician and Medical Assistant

Beverly Hills · Newport Beach

Kaitlin is a licensed esthetician and medical assistant with over eight years of experience in the spa, wellness and beauty industry and six years practicing as a licensed esthetician. She specializes in personalized facials, custom skin routines, and pre- and post-operative care, combining clinical expertise with massage to support both skin health and overall well-being. She also brings a background in spa management. Outside the treatment room she practices yoga, scuba dives, explores music and spends time with her dog, Pogo.
